The unit (10) has a mains isolation system (15) comprising a mains isolation switch (23), by which an auxiliary voltage source i.e. battery (24) is powered. The switch is operated as bistable switches comprising a bistable relay. The bistable relay is designed as locking relays or latching relays. The switch is switchable over a control line (16) that is attached to an auxiliary circuit comprising a mechanical actuatable switch (22). The isolation system is arranged at a power supply plug (13) that is connected with the unit and the control line over a mains lead (12).
