PURPOSE: A prefabricated floating house is provided to prevent damages to a residence unit by effectively reducing the height difference of waves using connection units for connecting residence modules. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated floating house comprises a residence module (10) and a connection unit (20). The connection unit forms a residence block by connecting the residence modules to each other. The residence module comprises a floating part (12) and a residence unit (30). The floating part is arranged on the surface of water and generates buoyancy. The residence unit is installed on the top of the floating part and forms a residential space. The connection unit comprises a connection base (21), a connection frame (22), and a buffer part (23). The connection base is selectively fixed to the floating part of the residence unit. |
