The present invention comprises: a first hooked hole which is cup shaped on its bottom; a lower side housing in which a ring shape first support member is combined along the circumference of the upper side of the first hooked hole; a core unit in which an inserting hole is formed along the circumference at the top and in which the upper bump part is protruding from the top, whereby the lower bump part supported by a first support member is protruding by being inserted into the first hooked hole at the bottom, and in which permanent magnet is combined inside the lower side housing; and an upper side housing in which a ring shape second support member is combined along the circumference of the lower side of the second hooked hole and which is combined to the top of the lower side housing to fixate the coil bracket. When currents are applied to a coil, the core unit vibrates based on the electromagnetic force generated between the coil and permanent magnet. The first and second support members are in contact with the core unit to be elastically deformed. In the present invention, the first and second support members replaces the pan springs and stoppers of the convention structure, so that vibration and impact transmission can be prevented, thereby reducing its size and manufacturing costs as some of the components are not used.
