The present invention relates to a delta-sigma analog to digital converter using a bio-signal detection circuit, and the purpose of the present invention is to reduce the power consumption of a converter according to a compared result after comparing a voltage which is charged to a capacitor according to a frequency of inputted bio-signals with a reference voltage by controlling a first integrator of a delta-signal analog to digital converter and processes bio-signals with various frequencies with one delta-signal analog to digital converter by controlling the first integrator of the delta-signal analog to digital converter. The present invention to achieve the purpose described above includes: a bio-signal detection circuit which control the first integrator by comparing the voltage charged to a capacitor according to a frequency of the inputted bio-signals with the reference voltage.
