PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely utilize an application on each server by easily switching connection to an arbitrary server without preliminarily knowing connection information of another server on a network, in a SBC (Server Based Computing) system.SOLUTION: Each server on a network comprises a configuration file in which an IP address of each server, a desktop image file and a communication protocol are preliminarily stored, transmits the configuration file to a terminal of an access source when the terminal accesses the server, and causes the terminal to store the file. The terminal displays a list selection screen (D1 to D6) of a desktop image corresponding to each server on the basis of description content of the configuration file which is received and stored, connects to the server by designating the IP address of Host which corresponds to the selected desktop image Dn from the configuration file, and selects and starts an arbitrary application from the displayed desktop screen Dn received from the connected server. |
