摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface for multimedia centers that provides hand-held inertial-sensing user input devices for the purpose of selecting channels and quickly navigating the dense menus of options.SOLUTION: Extensive use of the high resolution and bandwidth of such user input devices is combined with strategies to avoid unintentional inputs and with intuitive interactive graphical displays.
