This determining means is useful for maintaining health by using not only for food for human beings or food for animals and domestic animals, but also for various experiences and behaviors in a daily life such as kabuki, narration or comic dialog in art for laughing, pictures, carving, literature, films, newspapers, TV image, music, amusement, spring, sports, as determination target items for a reduction action in mental aspect.
