A LED light-emitting device for white light, comprising a base (1), a LED chip for blue light (2), a reflective cover (3) and a transparent substrate (4) containing a fluorophor coating. The two ends of the reflective cover (3) are respectively connected to the base (1) and the substrate (4), and a reflective layer is arranged on an inner reflective surface of the reflective cover (3). The LED chip for blue light (2) is arranged on the face of the base (1) provided with the fluorophor coating and facing the transparent substrate (4), and an electrode leading wire of the LED chip for blue light (2) penetrates through the base (1). The LED chip for blue light (2) is a single chip or a group of chips connected in series, in parallel or in a hybrid way. The transparent substrate (4) can be planar, convex or cylindrical. White light is obtained by irradiating the transparent substrate containing the fluorophor coating with the blue light emitted from the LED chip for blue light, thereby reducing the light-emitting loss caused by a part of the light rays emitted from the excited fluorophor re-entering the chip and being absorbed, and also solving the problem of heat dissipation, so that the phenomena of light-emitting wavelength drift, light-emitting efficiency decrease, etc. caused by the heat dissipation problem of a device would not appear in the fluorophor. |
