PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform effective condensation of vapor and suitable adjustment for a power generation amount and a water production amount according to both power demand and water demand.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a power generation and water generation plant has a body container which is provided in a downstream side of an internal combustion engine and in which exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine flows in; inflow means which is provided in the body container and allows water for condensing the exhaust gas to flow in; water spraying means which is provided in the body container and sprays droplet for condensing the exhaust gas; and a water collecting device which collects the water flowed in the container by the inflow means, the droplet sprayed by the water spraying means, and the condensed water obtained by the condensation. The power generation and water production plant performs control for fluctuating the inflow amount of the water by the inflow means and the spray amount by the water spraying means in response to the fluctuation in the demand for water production by the condensation and the fluctuation in the demand for power generated by the drive of the internal combustion engine. |
