PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge an imaging range and improve image quality in a radiation phase imaging.SOLUTION: An X-ray image detection device 12 comprises: a first grating 31; a grating pattern 32 that has a period substantially coinciding with a pattern period of a radiological image to be formed by a radiation having passed through the first grating; and a radiation image detector 30 that detects the radiological image masked by the grating pattern. The first grating includes a plurality of grating pieces that are arrayed in a plane intersecting with an advancing direction of the radiation passing through the first grating, and a connection part for connecting the adjacent grating pieces with each other is formed of a radiation shielding body. In image data acquired by the radiation image detector, data of each pixel belonging to a defective area on which the connection part is projected is complemented by the data of pixels belonging to areas around the pixel and excluding the defective area. |
