PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To authenticate a combination of a card and a portable terminal.SOLUTION: A handy terminal 30 reads a card ID of an NFC (Near Field Communication) card 50, determines whether the read card ID is stored as an authorized card ID, and when the card ID is stored as the authorized card ID, stores the card ID, a terminal ID, and an ID authorization flag indicating authorization of the card ID in an NFC memory 363. A control PC 10 reads the card ID, the terminal ID and the ID authorization flag from the NFC memory 363, determines whether the ID authorization flag indicates authorization of the card ID and also the combination of the card ID and the terminal ID is stored as an authorized combination, and when the ID authorization flag indicates the authorization of the card ID and the combination of the card ID and the terminal ID is stored as the authorized combination, writes a control device authorization flag for operation authorization in the NFC memory 363. The handy terminal 30 sets authorization or non-authorization of its own operation according to the control device authorization flag in the NFC memory 363. |
