The present invention relates to a non-scorching cooking pot and more specifically, to a non-scorching cooking pot which is composed of a food receiving unit providing a space capable of inputting materials and cooking; and a cover unit covering the open surface of the food receiving unit. The food receiving unit includes a plurality of uneven baffle joining units on the inner circumference. The covering unit is composed of the top surface and the underside. A gear box receiving a driving unit; a food observing unit which is formed into a hinged transparent window to input food into the food receiving unit or observe cooking processes; a cover grip formed on the top surface of the gear box; and a spring grip for winding up a spring inside the gear box are formed on the top surface of the covering unit. An impeller which is connected to the driving unit and rotated by the operation of the driving unit; and baffles which are formed on the circumference of the underside into a partition shape and joined to the baffle joining units are formed on the underside of the covering unit. |
