An online system for providing a tire replacement service according to the present invention includes: a member joining module which receives and stores member information from a member; a tire selection module which receives any one between the vehicle type of the member and the size of a tire and selects a tire; a tire service provision interface which includes a replacement module comprising a store selection unit selecting a store from the member or recommending a store based on the local area of the member in the member information and an appointment unit appointing a service capable of replacing the tire selected from the store which is selected from the store selection unit; and a tire replacement diagnosis interface which includes a response unit providing a survey database with a survey capable of grasping the manufacture data of the tire, a vehicle driving distance, the flat and flank side abrasion state of the tire for the member and receiving a response and a self-diagnosis module grasping the state of the tire which the member possesses based on the response of the member about the survey and notifying any one between an estimated replacement time and information about whether the tire is replaced or not to the member.
