PURPOSE: A method for producing a large amount of Metarhizium sp. fungi is provided to industrialize for preventing various pests. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing Metarhizium sp. fungi comprises: a step of preculturing the fungi; a step of culturing the fungi in a liquid phase; and a step of culturing the fungi on a solid. The fungi is Metarhizium anisopliae HY-2(deposit number KCTC 0156BP). A culture medium contains pupa as a carbon source or wheat bran as a nitrogen source. |
