摘要 FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises atoniser with needle and two mechanically controlled valves, intercommunicated sprayer with one level of orifices and high-pressure fuel storage. Besides it includes fluid atoniser with needle and sleeve aligned therewith and with four levels of orifices, four mechanically controlled valves, low-pressure fluid storage, separate high-pressure fuel pump for every atoniser communicated therewith and, via high-pressure control valve with low-pressure fluid storage. Inlet of the latter is communicated with under-plunger chamber of said every separate high-pressure fuel pump. Also, it is communicated with displacement booster and fast-action reversing mechanical drive. Control chamber above needle of every atoniser is communicated with low-pressure hydraulic accumulator via channel isolated by first mechanical valve. Control chamber above needle of every atoniser is communicated with low-pressure hydraulic accumulator via channel isolated by second mechanical valve. Second spring-loaded mechanical valve can displace to top position jointly with first valve at upper displacement section owing to engagement there between. Control chamber above needle of every atoniser is communicated with low-pressure hydraulic accumulator via channel isolated by first mechanical valve. Fourth spring-loaded mechanical valve can displace to top position jointly with third valve at upper displacement section owing to engagement there between. Said drive has at least one plate for one cylinder with convex constant-radius definite-length surface with at least one skew. Said drive has shaft articulated with crankshaft and having at least one shaped cam with at least two equal-height micro profiles to allow pre-injection and injection after first level orifice. Besides, is has at least one micro profile in height larger than that of said micro profiles to allow pre-injection and injection after first level orifice downstream of cam microprofile to effect main injection via first- and second-level orifices. Said micro shapes have leading edge parallel with needle axis and trailing edge parallel with plate end convex surface skew in adjustment of injection interval. At injection duration adjustment every plate can displace along rod and needle axes and is engaged either directly or via multiplexer with spring-loaded rod. First and third mechanical valves are coupled therewith and via the latter with second and fourth mechanical valves articulated with first and third at top displacement section. Every plate can displace in the plane perpendicular or inclined to needle and stem axes and is splined to stem relative to which displaces the plate.EFFECT: better dynamics of fuel feed, higher indicated efficiency and controlled injection using simple mechanical means.2 cl, 4 dwg
