PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air pressure operation valve allowed to be downsized while improving reliability and durability.SOLUTION: The air pressure operation valve includes: a valve body 10 integrally forming spaces of a valve chamber 13 and a poston chamber 15 and including an inflow passage 11 and an outflow passage 12 of fluid; a valve opening/closing mechanism part 20 for opening/closing a fluid passage by vertically operating a valve 21 in the valve chamber 13; an air pressure operation part 60 for the valve opening/closing mechanism part 20, which is connected to the valve 21 through a piston shaft 62; a diaphragm 30 for partitioning between the fluid and the air pressure operation part 60 in the valve chamber 13; a cylindrical lower stopper 40 fixed on the valve body 10 as a stopper of the valve 21 and the diaphragm 30 inserted into the valve chamber 13 and capable of supporting operation of the piston shaft 62; and a cylindrical upper stopper 50 fixed on the valve body 10 as a stopper of the piston shaft 62 inserted into the piston chamber 15 and capable of supporting operation of the piston shaft 62.
