PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface block form that enables an azimuth mark and a landmark to be molded by the single surface block form without reference to an installation place.SOLUTION: A surface block form includes a first form 2 in which a hole for molding a mark indicating an azimuth is formed, and a second form 3 in which a hole for molding a mark indicating a landmark is formed and which is fitted to the first form 2. The second form 3 is provided in such a manner that a direction of the mark indicating the landmark can be changed with respect to the first form 2. |
