PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication information input device capable of making it difficult to analogize authentication information.SOLUTION: An authentication information input device includes: display means (110) for displaying a display pattern including at least pieces of a pair of authentication image data belonging to each set of authentication image groups in the number necessary for permitting authentication of a user selected by storage means (130); and input means (110) for inputting at least a pair of image data selected by a user operation from the pieces of image data included in the display pattern displayed on the display means (110) as authentication information used for permitting authentication of the user. When the pair of image data included in the authentication information input by the input means (110) belong to the same authentication image group, and the number of sets of the pair of image data determined to belong to the same authentication image group is the number of sets necessary for permitting authentication of the user, authentication of the user is permitted.
