PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumed by a control valve and improve temperature control performance by setting a minimum gas amount regulated by an orifice as small as possible, in a gas cooking stove with a pot bottom temperature sensor, which includes the control valve 44 whose valve is closed when a sensor detection temperature is equal to or higher than an upper limit temperature in a predetermined set temperature range and is opened when the sensor detection temperature is equal to or lower than a lower limit temperature in the set temperature range, and the orifice 45 arranged in parallel with the control valve, in a gas supply passage to a burner.SOLUTION: The control valve 44 comprises an electrically-operated diaphragm valve that includes: a valve housing 441 having a valve chamber 441c therein and a valve seat 441e provided at an end wall 441d of one end of the valve chamber; a diaphragm 442 mounted to an end surface on a side of the other end of the valve chamber; a valve element part 443 provided in the diaphragm so as to face the valve seat; a motor 444; and a feed screw mechanism 445 that displaces the diaphragm so that the valve element part comes close to or is separated from the valve seat by the normal/reverse rotation of the motor. |
