The present invention relates to a grounding switch for a direct-current valve hall and a grounding conductive rod mechanism thereof. The grounding conductive rod mechanism comprises a grounding conductive rod which can swing front and back relative to a corresponding valve hall wall surface, and a transmission base mounted on the corresponding valve hall wall surface. The rotating shaft of the conductive rod is fixed on one end of the grounding conductive rod, wherein the rotating axes of the conductive rod extends along the left and right direction and the rotating shaft is rotatablely cooperated with the transmission base. The grounding conductive rod mechanism also comprises a counterweight structure which is transmission connected to the rotating shaft of the conductive rod by a balance transmission mechanism to apply torque for overcoming gravitational torque of the grounding conductive rod. This invention solves the problem that a grounding conductive rod in the prior art cannot be switched on or off stably.
