The present invention relates to a method for controlling selective connection of end-to-end communication of a relaying service and more specifically, to a method for controlling selective connection of end-to-end communication of a relaying service, which is executed by a relay server communicating with a financial company server which communicates with a wireless terminal of a user through a data network and issues a payment means to the user, the method comprising the steps of: allowing the relay server to relay information exchange between the wireless terminal and the financial company server but, when the wireless terminal transmits, to the financial company server, information about the payment means of the user, to control to connect end-to-end communication between the wireless terminal and the financial company server such that the information about the payment means can be directly transmitted from the wireless terminal to the financial company server, without relaying the information about the payment means; allowing the relay server to be connected to the financial company server to check that the information about the payment means can be directly transmitted from the wireless terminal to the financial company server through the end-to-end communication; and allowing the relay server to relay information exchange between the wireless terminal and the financial company server when the information about the payment means is directly transmitted.
