The present invention relates to an emergency notification system which can effectively and quickly notify or report emergent cases externally such as in case of an unauthorized intrusion or a fire inside a store or a house. The emergency notification system according to the present invention comprises a security system installed inside a house where a security guard is needed and a community television system that is equipped by a network connected to the security system. The security system is composed of an emergent button in order to select an emergent situation, a camera for filming both internal and external situation and a set-top box. The set-top box is equipped with a microphone that is to input control measures, network engaging measures and audio information of internal and external situation, and the control measures provide the video information filmed by the camera and the audio information from the microphone to the community television system. The community television system is composed of a recording medium that can store the audio and video information provided by the network engaging measure, the administrative server and the security system, and the administrative server is equipped with a monitor and displays pop-up messages of the video information received from the security system.
