The purpose of the present invention is to provide fluorescent foil fabric and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the fabric is manufactured by attaching, on the surface of the fabric, various design patterns with a fluorescent composition in which a fluorescent dye is mixed, and coated the surface of the design patterns with foil, and thereby, remarkably increasing fastness (adhesion density) and visiblility of the fabric and the fluorescent composition, minimizing cracks of the design patterns, and preventing discoloration and damages of colors so as to extend the life of the fabric, such that the fabric can simultaneously enhance economic feasibility and reliability for products. As a means to achieve the purpose, the present invention is characterized by comprising: a first step for forming the fluorescent composition by mixing 50-60 wt% of an adhesion resin, 10-15 wt% of a fluorescent dye and 30-35 wt% a diluent; a second step for inserting the fluorescent composition into a coating water tank and then rotating a copper plate on which design patterns are engraved so as to coat the outer peripheral surface, and passing the fabric between the copper plate and an upper roller installed in the upper parts of the copper plate so as to attach, on the surface of the fabric, the fluorescent composition identical with the design patterns of the copper plate; a third step for passing the fabric on which the fluorescent composition is attached in a certain design pattern through a chamber heat, such that the fluorescent composition can be heated to be impregnated in the fabric by a high temperature; a fourth step for laminating the fabric and the foil by simultaneously passing the fabric and the additionally provided foil between a hot roller and a lower roller and then pressurizing them; and a fifth step for forming fluorescent foil fabric wherein the design patterns are attached, on the surface of the fabric, with the fluorescent composition and foil is coating-treated on the surface of the design patterns, by separating the fabric and the foil laminated.
