PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a garlic formulation is provided to use garlic as a health supplementary food and to control viscosity by regulating moisture content. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a garlic formulation comprises: a step of putting loess and garlic into an iron pot and heating; a step of boiling heated garlic in water; a step of adding malt to the garlic and fermenting; a step of filtering the fermented garlic to prepare a filtered liquid; and a step of preparing a liquid or solid garlic formulation from the filtered liquid. |
