PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus of a plastic wood composite panel is provided to be able to continuously mold unit panels with various patterns by molding a panel with a long molding band and transferring various patterns of the molding band to the panel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus of a plastic wood composite panel comprises a feeding port supplying raw materials, an extrusion unit extruding the melting raw materials, a molding part in which the raw materials extruded from the extrusion unit is molded, a pattern casting part (50) transferring patterns to the panel (1) extruded into a board by the molding part, a cooling unit cooling the molded panel, and a cutting unit cutting the cooled panel. The pattern casting part comprises a molding band (54) forming a pattern on the upper side of the panel extruded into a board, rollers (55D,55T,55M,55I) driven while supporting the molding band so that the molding band orbits, a moving roller capable of being moved in order to make the molding band strained, and a hydraulic system (57) connected to the moving roller, in which a stroke is expanded/contracted so that the moving roller is able to be moved. |
