PURPOSE: A device for testing the surface roughness of rolled steel is provided to test automatically and successively as a tester is installed in a predetermines space of a working table, and a specimen is automatically transferred by a transferring device. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing the surface roughness of rolled steel comprises a working table(10), a stacking station(20), a transferring device(30), a fixing bar(40), a testing device(50), a receiving box(60), and a controller. The stacking station is installed in the working table. Specimens(100) for a surface roughness test are stacked on the stacking station. The transferring device is installed in the working table, thereby transferring the specimen stacked on the stacking station. The fixing bar is installed in the working table, thereby fixing the specimens transferred by the transferring device. The testing device installed in the working table, thereby performing the surface roughness test of the specimens fixed on the fixing bar. The receiving box is installed in the working table and receives the specimens transferred from the fixing bar when the specimens are sorted according to a result of the test. |
