The present invention relates to a lubrication state checking method. The lubrication state checking method uses an action in which lubricating oil is introduced by a capillary phenomenon caused through a thin plate inside a transmission. The present invention comprises: a step of forming a groove with a minute depth on the thin plate to induce the capillary phenomenon (S100); a step of installing the thin plate at a position of a transmission case part where a tester wants to know whether or not the lubricating oil is introduced (S200); a step of testing a lubrication state by flowing the lubricating oil inside the transmission (S300); and a step of checking whether or not the lubricating oil is introduced into the thin plate after the lubrication test (S400). Accordingly, the present invention can easily check the lubrication state at the position where the tester wants to know the lubrication state inside the transmission.
