PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a transparent electroconductive film capable of simultaneously realizing the improvement of productivity and cost reduction.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a transparent electroconductive film provided by the present invention is a manufacturing method for executing, in proper order, (A) a step of forming, over the entire plane of one or both surfaces of a substrate, a transparent electroconductive layer including at least an electroconductive polymer and a dopant, (B) a step of forming, selectively atop a portion of the transparent electroconductive layer scheduled to become a non-electroconductive portion, a deactivation layer including at least a deactivator for deactivating the transparent electroconductive layer and a resin, (C) a step of letting the resulting structure stand till the deactivation of the portion of the transparent electroconductive layer on which the deactivation layer has been formed, and (D) a step of forming, by removing the deactivation layer, a patterned electroconductive portion on the portion of the transparent electroconductive layer on which the deactivation layer has not been formed and of concomitantly forming a non-electroconductive portion on the portion of the transparent electroconductive layer on which the deactivation layer has been formed. |
