PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of controlling a flow rate of a coolant, which is supplied to an internal combustion engine by a water pump, more properly.SOLUTION: A cooling device 10 of an internal combustion engine 11 comprises: a water pump 13 which is disposed in a coolant circulation passage 12 of the internal combustion engine 11 and circulates a coolant; temperature detection means 21 and 23 which detect a temperature of a cylinder head 15 of the internal combustion engine 11 or a metal component 25 fixed to the cylinder head 15; and pump control means 24 which controls the water pump 13 on the basis of detection values of the temperature detection means 21 and 23. |
