PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized access to each electronic apparatus by a terminal even when the terminal device capable of accessing a plurality of electronic apparatuses is lost or stolen.SOLUTION: When an information management server device 1 receives information that designates a portable terminal device 2 which is lost or stolen as a terminal whose access is to be restricted (access-restricted terminal), the server device reads each piece of apparatus identification information associated with terminal identification information which corresponds to the access-restricted terminal by referring to a terminal management table TM, specifies all the electronic apparatuses 5 shown by each piece of apparatus identification information as control object apparatuses, performs control for access by each of the electronic apparatuses 5, and changes a password set to each of the electronic apparatuses 5. |
