PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in a data volume of a map database, and much more improve accuracy of a position coordinate of each address on an electronic map.SOLUTION: As to an address interposed between a start address and an end address, when an error between an estimation position coordinate calculated by a proportion calculation from a measurement position coordinate of the start address and the end address and a measurement position coordinate of the address is a predetermined distance or more, the measurement position coordinate is stored in a storage medium 17 as a position coordinate, and when the error between the estimation position coordinate and the measurement position coordinate is less than the predetermined distance, the measurement position coordinate is not stored in the storage medium 17. |
