PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for detecting a touch point where a clutch starts engagement in a hybrid driving device having the clutch which disconnects between an output axis of an engine and an input axis of a gear mechanism, and a motor generator which rotates with reference to the input axis.SOLUTION: A rotational speed sensor MG1-1 detects a change of a rotation speed of a first motor generator MG1, a first inverter 31 detects a change of a torque of the first motor generator MG1, and a controller 40 detects the state of a clutch 20 when the rotation speed change and the torque change of the first motor generator MG1 are detected as a touch point when the disconnected clutch 20 is engaged.
