PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the accuracy of a use range or a use limit range regarding use permission or use limitation on an electronic apparatus using a single or a plurality of interspersed base stations.SOLUTION: A radio wave and location information are received from a single or a plurality of base stations (14) by a receiving unit (6). A base station used in setting a use range (72) or a use limit range for an electronic apparatus (PC4) or a base station excluded from settings of the use range or the use limit range is registered in a storage means (memory 8). In a control unit (processor 10), radio field intensity and location information are received from a single or a plurality of base stations (14) by the receiving unit (6) at activation. If received from a single base station, the use range or the use limit range is determined by its radio field intensity. If received from a plurality of base stations, the use range or the use limit range is determined by a range of a plurality of radio field intensities. In this way, activation control conforming to the use range is executed for an activation instruction, or activation stop control conforming to the use limit range is exerted. |
