PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper tube supply device and a paper tube supply method by which a paper tube can be efficiently supplied to a shaft.SOLUTION: A paper tube supply device 10 comprises: a paper tube holder 11 which holds a paper tube A in a removable manner and in parallel with a shaft 20; vertical transfer means 12 which transfers the paper tube holder 11 along a vertical direction; horizontal transfer means 13 which transfers the paper tube holder 11 horizontally and along a perpendicular direction to the longitudinal direction of the paper tube holder 11; and traveling means 14 which travels on the floor in such a manner that the vertical transfer means 12 and the horizontal transfer means 13 move in parallel with the shaft 20. |
