PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer structure, a transfer method and a transfer device capable of easily and smoothly transferring an article from a first belt conveyor to a transfer member regardless of a dimension of the article.SOLUTION: A transfer structure 10 includes: a belt conveyor 20 which has an erected claw 14 and conveys an article 16 in a fixed direction; one transfer plate (one transfer member) 24 to which the article 16 is transferred from a conveyance direction tip 22 of the belt conveyor 20; and a separating and approaching mechanism 28 allowing a conveyance direction rear end 26 of the transfer plate 24 to approach the conveyance direction tip 22 of the belt conveyor 20 when the article 16 is transferred while allowing the conveyance direction rear end 26 to separate from the conveyance direction tip 22 so as not to interfere with the transfer plate 24 when the claw 14 changes a direction from the forward movement to the backward movement. |
