摘要 An adaptive virtual machine boot control method and apparatus, comprising: presetting an upper limit of an average boot time of virtual machines and the number of virtual machines to be booted simultaneously; judging, according to the number of the currently booted virtual machines and the preset number of the virtual machines to be booted simultaneously, whether the virtual machines requesting to be booted enter a boot state or a queued state; and counting the duration of a boot process of all the virtual machines, calculating in real time an average boot time of all the virtual machines that complete the boot process in a preset period of time, and adjusting in real time the number of the virtual machines currently booted at the same time according to the calculated average boot time of the virtual machines in the preset period of time. The method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is simple, settings can be made once for all according to user experience instead of calculating according to different software and hardware environments, and the boot speed of the virtual machine currently in the boot process can be effectively ensured, which avoids the problem that the boot time of each virtual machine is too long.
