The present invention relates to a work management method, and particularly, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is the provision of a work management method involving recognizing the copyright mark indicated on a work, and managing the offline or online distribution of the work. To this end, the work management method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: enabling a work management system to store information on the copyright mark indicated on a work and information on the work; enabling the work management system to search for the work being illegally distributed using the copyright mark; and, if the work being illegally distributed is found as the result of the search, enabling the work management system to transmit information on the copyright infringement to the work distribution terminal displaying the illegally distributed work.
