The present invention relates to a recombinant protein for siRNA delivery and a composition comprising the same. The recombinant protein for siRNA delivery according to the present invention can obtain safety of siRNA from external attack such as various lyases, have selective coherence to cancer cells by targeted peptide which targets various cancer cells, and silence target genes by effectively delivering siRNA to cells and biotissues by releasing siRNA to cytoplasm after cell penetration so that the recombinant protein for siRNA delivery can be effectively used as a siRNA medicine, a cell based drug screening composition, and a siRNA carrier for research.
