FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly to composition of the charge for production of porous permeable material by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis. It can be used for production of ICE offgas neutraliser catalytic units, filters for cleaning waste fluids of galvanic baths in metallurgy and ICE lubrication system filters. Proposed composition contains the following substances, in wt %: iron scale - 42.0-47.0; ?-aluminium oxide - 32.0-39.0; ferrosilicon FC-11 - 1.0-5.0; complex additive of iridium and rhodium at 2:1 ratio - 0.2-0.4; aluminium ACD-1 making the rest.EFFECT: offgas neutralisation, higher resistance against dynamic and static loads, lower metal input.1 tbl, 1 ex |
