A truck or trailer having a body 10, and a side curtain arrangement 12 for covering a side opening of the body 10. The side curtain arrangement 12 includes a side curtain 14 and a 5 plurality of reinforcing ribs 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30 extending between top and bottom edges of the curtain 14 at respective intervals along the curtain 14. The ribs 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30 are connected to a top part and a bottom part of the body 10 and are slidable longitudinally of the body 10.
