PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform power generation using solar heat.SOLUTION: In this embodiment, a power generation plant includes: a solar heat collecting device which collects solar heat and gives it to a heating medium; a heat exchanger which changes a secondary medium into steam by heat exchange with the heating medium; a turbine which drives by the steam from the heat exchanger; a temperature detection means which detects the temperature of the heating medium to which the heat collected by the solar heat collecting device is given; and a heat supply means which, when the temperature detected by the temperature detection means does not satisfy a predetermined condition related to the drive of the turbine, supplies the heating medium with the heat acquired by converting an output variation component in which the frequency is shorter than a predetermined value, in electric power generated by a wind power generation device. |
