PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic facility having a monitoring function.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes: an imaging unit for imaging an external environment of an electronic facility and acquiring an image; a monitoring unit for performing detection on whether the electronic facility comes to be a standby state or an operation state; a detection unit for determining whether an abnormality occurs or not based on an image acquired by the imaging unit when the electronic facility comes to be a standby state, and determining whether a user is abnormally using the electronic facility or not based on an image acquired by the imaging unit when the electronic facility comes to be an operation state; a communication unit for transmitting an image captured by the imaging unit to a predetermined position; a presentation unit for generating presentation information; and a processing unit for controlling the communication unit to transmit an image captured by the imaging unit to a predetermined position when an abnormality occurs, and controlling the presentation unit to generate presentation information when a user is abnormally using the electronic facility. |
