PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly manage a charging amount from one storage battery to the other storage battery when power is exchanged between two storage batteries.SOLUTION: The charge control method includes: a communication processing step of acquiring data about the residual amount of the second storage battery; a charge amount arithmetic processing step of arithmetically processing a charge amount from the second storage battery to the first storage battery with reference to the data on the residual amount of the second storage battery acquired by the communication processing, the data on the residual amount of the first storage battery, and the data on the amount of power consumption of the computer and the external device; and a storage battery management processing step for allowing the first storage battery to be charged from the external device on the basis of the charge amount arithmetic processing.
