PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) device in which an imaging field is set in a shorter time period.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging device comprises: static magnetic field generating means for generating a uniform static magnetic field in a space in which an analyte is housed; inclined magnetic field generating means for generating an inclined magnetic field superposing to the static magnetic field; a high frequency coil for generating a high frequency magnetic field to be radiated to the analyte; means for detecting an NMR signal emitted from the analyte; and means for converting the detected signal into an image. The magnetic resonance imaging device further includes high frequency coil position detection means for detecting the position of the high frequency coil, and setting means for setting an imaging field for imaging a desired portion of the analyte according to the detected position of the high frequency coil. |
