PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding/polishing/cleaning device capable of continuous operation of grinding/polishing/cleaning work, and capable of always uniformly projecting a grinding/polishing/cleaning material to a workpiece in a barrel, by automating discharge-input work of the workpiece in an unmanned state.SOLUTION: A first barrel 2is positioned in a grinding/polishing/cleaning area A1, and when a projector projects the grinding/polishing/cleaning material, a second tilting member 15 discharges the workpiece W by tilting a second barrel 2in a second discharge-input area A3, and a first distribution member 17 inputs the workpiece to the second barrel. Next, when projection of the grinding/polishing/cleaning material in the first barrel finishes, a moving member moves the first barrel and the second barrel, and moves the first barrel to a first discharge-input area A2, and positions the second barrel in the grinding/polishing/cleaning area, and projects the grinding/polishing/cleaning material to the second barrel, and discharges and inputs the workpiece in the first barrel simultaneously with this, and projects the grinding/polishing/cleaning material by alternately replacing between the first barrel and the second barrel. |
