[Problem] To achieve an efficient relay structure in terms of the utilization efficiency of frequency resources. [Solution] Provided is a communication control device equipped with: a communication unit which receives, from a base station of a wireless communication system being operated using a frequency division duplexing system, permission information specifying a relay-bound resource from among frequency resources allocated to the wireless communication system, said relay-bound resource being permitted to be used in order to relay traffic; and a relay controller which, for the time period associated with the permission information, uses a time division duplexing system to relay the traffic over the relay-bound resource. |
