The heel portion (4) has two lateral rigid side bodies (5) holding a lateral stop unit (6) and/or a side guide (7) for a ski jump- or a ski fly shoe. One of the side bodies is inclined relative to a carrier element (8) of the heel portion. The carrier element comprises an antifall guard (9). A joint i.e. tilting joint (10), is provided between the carrier element and the side bodies. A locking element (11) for locking with the ski jump- or ski fly shoe is arranged at the side bodies and displaced relative to the side bodies in a pre-tensioned manner. An independent claim is also included for a ski jump- or ski fly shoe.
