<p>The present invention relates to a preparation method of a targeted graphene nano-drug carrier. The present invention comprises the following steps: mixing a graphene nano-material, a hydrophobic anti-cancer drug, a tumour-targeting molecule and dopamine in an aqueous solution; ultrasonically and uniformly dispersing and adjusting pH to alkaline; magnetic stirring in the dark and stabilizing for some time, then centrifuging and isolating; uniformly dispersing the product in an aqueous solution; and obtaining a targeted nano-drug carrier based on the graphene nano-material. The characteristic of the present invention is as follows: polydopamine is formed by pH-induced self-polymerization of dopamine and during the polymerization, a graphene nano-material, a hydrophobic anti-cancer drug molecule and a tumour-targeting molecule are combined at the same time to achieve the rapid preparation of a targeted drug molecule. The advantages of the present invention are as follows: a targeted nano-drug carrier containing a hydrophobic anti-cancer drug molecule can be rapidly prepared in an aqueous solution at room temperature; the technology of the method is simple and convenient to operate; and has strong practicality and a broad application prospect.</p> |
