Disclosed are an operation interface adjustment method and device, and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: acquiring a first thermal sensing value of a first thermal sensing area and a second thermal sensing value of a second thermal sensing area of a screen; comparing the first thermal sensing value to the second thermal sensing value and judging the holding manner of a user according to the comparison result accordingly; and dynamically adjusting the location of an interface element in an operation interface of the screen according to the holding manner. The present invention can achieve the purpose of dynamically adjusting an operation interface.
