The present invention relates to a clothing heating element using conductive silicone and including wearing goods for rescue, leisure and medical treatment and more specifically, to a clothing heating element using conductive silicone and including wearing goods for rescue, leisure and medical treatment, which can be provided between inner and outer skins of clothing to maintain the temperature of a wearer, who conducts leisure and rescue activities at the edge of the water or in the water, the clothing heating element comprising: as fabric formed by weaving warp threads and weft threads, a fiber yarn forming one line; an extruded conductive yarn forming another line and manufactured by coating a core yarn with conductive silicon rubber by extrusion; and electrode wires respectively connected to both ends of the extruded conductive yarn to supply power to the extruded conductive yarn. Thus, the heating element can be provided between the inner and outer skins of clothing, thereby maintaining the temperature in a harsh environment such as mountain, waterfront, and underwater, helping a wearer to rescue survivors, ensuring the safety of the wearer even during leisure activities, and being applied even to medical clothing for preventing hypothermia. |
